Visions of the Inner Eye

I am curious as to the seeings of the inner eye. I have been developing its use
for quite some time. Couple questions for anyone out there. These questions
are aimed at the eye's usage processing from the conciousness to the
unconciousness as opposed to unconciousness to conciousness.

How much time is spent on developing your use of this?
Have you ever been visited by a Buddhist monk in your vision?
Does anybody else have the ability to enclose themselves in an elemental form?
Has anybody ever had a vision of a particular Buddhist form(God) ?
Has anybody ever had a vision of a dragon, if so what color?
